Diego García, co-founder of Moskito, has been in the real estate business since 2004. He is a registered Realtor with NAR (National Association of Realtors) and one of the associate founders of AMPI Playa del Carmen (Mexican Association of Real Estate Brokers). Diego has been part of the AMPI Board since it’s beginning, acting as Vice President in 2018, and Secretary in 2019.

Raised in Mexico City he visited Playa del Carmen for the first time in 1996 and he moved in 2005. His constant wish to help people and his real estate knowledge is invaluable when for clients looking to buy or sell property.

Roger Vales, co-founder of Moskito, moved to Playa del Carmen in 2003 and has been leading Moskito’s operations since its foundation in 2005. With a unique expertise and service oriented motivation Roger will be always happy to help you and give advice on how to make the best out of your investments.

Andrea Burgos was born in Mexico City and started visiting the Riviera Maya in 2009, in search of a better and more relaxed lifestyle, she relocated permanently in 2018.

Andrea is an active member of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Agents (AMPI) and The National Association of Realtors in the United States (NAR), representing buyers and sellers throughout the entire process.

Andrea always knew she wanted to create a path for herself to help others and she found her calling in real estate, a career where she can guide her clients through one of the biggest investments of their lives, something that is a passion for her and what she does best.

Going through a real estate transaction is a very personal experience and Andrea puts herself in her clients’ shoes, wanting them to feel comfortable while having an incredible experience to always remember.

Her clients often describe her as detail-oriented and easy to be around, identifying their needs and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals.

To start her day Andrea loves to practice ashtanga yoga and meditation, to have a clear mind that helps her focus throughout her workday. During her free time, she likes walking her two Italian greyhounds with her husband on the beach.

Irina is a lawyer specialized in the real estate sector, with a history of working for more than 10 years with clients and investors. Born in Argentina, she created her own law firm before deciding in 2019 to begin traveling the world, visiting different places, and finding investment opportunities for her clients. Upon arriving in Mexico, she knew without a doubt that the Riviera Maya was the paradise she wanted to call home and where she could enjoy an incredible lifestyle.

Originally from Argentina, Mariana has lived in Mexico for over 20 years, drawn by its vibrant culture and opportunities. With a strong background in sales management, she transitioned to real estate while managing her family’s housing development business in the Riviera Maya.

Now a proud member of Moskito, Mariana combines her passion for helping others with the professionalism and expertise of a leading real estate team.
